QA REVIEW · SKIN OS CONCEPT
Illustrative work, separate from client case studies. Tablewise, Northline and Fieldwork are fictional examples. They show possible outputs, not a bundled weekly promise or live product.

INSIDE THE BUILD ROOM

See how a goal becomes progress.

Choose a business goal. Explore a possible next step and the work that could support it.

ONE POSSIBLE APPROACH

People see my work, but too few take the next step.

01 / Choose a priority
Find the gap between the audience, offer and invitation to act.
02 / Agree the work
A clearer landing page or an outreach kit for one audience and offer.
03 / Define the test
Qualified enquiries, sales conversations and the objections we hear.

Then review and improve. Review real replies and conversations. Agree one change and the next market test.

These are illustrative approaches, not a diagnosis or a bundled package. We review your starting point and agree one priority, scope and responsibilities before work begins.

QA REVIEW · NOT CUSTOMER COPY

A simpler front door.

This is a separate homepage concept for review. The existing SKIN website and its other experiences are unchanged.

The core offer

$999 per month. One weekly meeting to agree the priority, followed by one useful, scoped output before the next meeting. Larger work is staged.

Product direction

Today is partner-led: Dom and Sungjee manage inputs, judgment and outputs. Self-serve tools and AI agents modeled on their methods are a future direction, not a current feature or a promise of full autonomy.

Before this goes live

Confirm meeting length, output size, revision expectations, between-meeting support, minimum commitment, cancellation terms and any third-party costs. Those terms have deliberately not been invented here.

What stays. What changes.

The “Build a…” headline, current SKIN visual theme and ATLAS entry point stay. The core commercial journey is simplified to one offer and one founder conversation. Field Notes, the Founder Quiz, company pages, case studies and clearly labeled Build Room examples are retained. Pulse and Fundable are treated as possible delivery tools, not separate products in the main journey. ATLAS opens a self-contained, non-AI preview using example priorities. The live ATLAS experience still contains earlier pricing, so it is not linked from this concept. Its pricing and guidance need updating before launch. Future partner agents are not presented as a current ATLAS capability. No payments, forms or tracking have been added.

Case studies, resources, founder portraits and visual identity reused from skin.global. Offer direction reflects the supplied founder discussion.
